Through analysis of protective device and chain tensioning hydraulic system for TLT-Babcock clinker-dredger, causes of troublesome problems existing in operation, such as miss actuation of protection and relaxation of chain etc., was found. Then, measures for resolution and concrete steps for implementation are given. After adjustment, the said problems occurred on clinker-dredger have been solved.
