摘要 该文集船舶避台实践经验、典型案例和领域科研成果 ,用现代科技手段 ,设计与研制舰艇海上机动避台系统。它由电子海图、舰艇动态管理、台风信息查询和台风路径自动标绘、船 -台综合动态图、避台智能决策等五部分组成。系统综合运用相似理论、天气图方法、卫星云图分析法、台风数值预报等学科理论 ,构建舰艇防台数据库、模型库、知识库 ,实现对舰艇和台风路径全过程实时动态跟踪和数据更新、船 -台态势分析、威胁等级判断、台风路径补充修正和现场短期预报、避台智能决策。 Based upon the previous experiences and typical cases of typhoon evasi on for ships as well as the achievement in scientific research in this domain, w e developed the Intelligent Typhoon Evasion System for Ships. It consists of fiv e subsystems, including electronic charts, ship movement management, typhoon inf ormation query and automatic plotting, real-time calculation of ship-typhoon sit uation, intelligent typhoon evasion decision making. With the synthetical applic ation of analogy theory, synoptic chart, satellite cloud picture analysis, typho on digital forecast and other relevant technologies, we have established the typ hoon evasion data bases, model bases aledge bases, which make it possible to aut omatically track the ships and typhoon paths. The system can realize ship-typhoo n situation analysis, risk level assessment, typhoon paths correction and course synoptic forecast, and intelligent typhoon evasion decision making.
