摘要 分析了电网量测岛的特点和可观测性的概念。在此基础上,根据电路理论中的两个基本性质,得出了量测岛内最多只含一个复电压未知状态量的基本结论,并由此给出了量测岛间可合并的理论依据。出于简化网络分析的目的,提出了内网等值和节点分裂这两个合并分析时的基本处理手段,为新的可观测性拓扑算法的提出做了理论上的准备。文中所提量测岛合并的理论依据得到了实际系统的验证。 The paper analyzes the character of measurement island and the concept of power system observability. In order to overcome the difficulty in merging and extending observability islands , a novel theory is proposed for observability analysis in power system state estimation. It is based on the fact that there is only one unknown state parameter such as one unknown complex voltage in one measurement island. The validity and efficiency of the theory are verified. To simplify the analysis of merging analysis of observability islands, two basic disposing methods, equivalence of interior network and node splitting, are introduced in this paper. The theory and disposing methods prepare a theoretic basis for a novel topological algorithm's derivation.
