摘要
电厂锅炉炉膛出口运行氧量发生变化时,其它主要的运行经济指标如灰渣未燃烬碳含量、排烟温度、送引风机总电耗、主汽温度、再热汽温度以及减温水量都将发生变化,该文综合上述所有经济指标的影响,给出了氧量引起的净供电煤耗变化率的分析方法,并以供电煤耗作为优化目标,确定了机组的经济运行氧量;以一台300MW机组为例的分析表明,参与调峰运行的机组通过改进氧量控制,能有效降低运行可控损失,提高运行经济性。
For a utility boiler, the amount of the unburned carbon in fly ash and slag, the exhaust gas temperature, the power consumed in FD and ID fans, the main steam and reheated steam temperature and their spray water flux are different under the various operation of the oxygen content outlet furnace. Colligating all those factors, a model for calculating the coal consumption rate deviation under various oxygen control exiting furnaceis presented, and taking the minimization of the coal consumption rate as the target function, on optimal operation oxygen content outlet furnace is obtained. The analysis of a 300 MW power generator shows that the controllable operation loss is reduced by the oxygen content optimization, and the economic operation is achieved.
