摘要
从分析集成电路项目的自身特点入手,提出了项目管理的要素。并以上海华力12英寸先进生产线工艺参数控制系统(Process Parameter Control System,PPCS)项目案例进行参照,为国内集成电路项目自控系统的项目管理起到借鉴作用。
Starting from the analysis of the characteristics of integrated circuit projects, this paper puts forward the elements of project management. The case of Shanghai Huali 12-inch Advanced Production Line Process Parameter Control System(PPCS) is used as a reference for the project management of domestic integrated circuit project automatic control system.
