摘要
当前各个行业中游戏化的应用日趋普及,我们一方面看到了游戏化的积极效果,同时也发现有很多给用户体验带来损害的案例。基于上述情况,本文通过分析游戏化激励作用的原理,研究游戏化的内在机制和归纳游戏化应用误区,试图在此基础上推导出正确应用游戏化的方法——4W1H方法,并期冀此文能够给交互设计或服务设计中的游戏化有所裨益。
The application of gamifi cation in various industries is becoming more and more popular.We have seen the benefi ts of gamifi cation,and also found that there are many cases that can harm user experience.This paper studies the mistakes of gamifi cation in interaction design and tries to put forward the correct method of application of gamifi cation,through analyzing the mechanism of gamifi cation motivation,trying to deduce the method of correct application of gamifi cation-4 W1 H method,and hoping that this article can benefi t gamifi cation in interactive design or service design.
