From Field to Practice:The Role and Exploration of Ethnography Method in the Research of Cruise Sign System

文章以邮轮导视系统设计为研究对象,探讨导视系统设计的方法。借鉴"民族志"方法构建邮轮导视系统设计中的研究思路。构建"民族志"框架下的邮轮导视系统设计架构;利用参与式观察、问卷等民族志的研究方法调查游客对邮轮导视系统的路径及功能需求。进而帮助设计者有效进行邮轮导视系统设计。

Taking the cruise guide system design as the research object,the paper tries to explore the method of sign system design.This paper constructs the research ideas in the design of cruise guide system by adopting "Ethnography" method.Constructing the Design System of Cruise Ship Sigh System under the Framework of "Ethnography";Using ethnographic research methods such as participatory observation and questionnaires to investigate visitors' needs on the route and functional requirements of the cruise sign system,To help designers to design effective cruise sign system.
