基于地域饮食文化的厨房收纳设计——以河北地区为例

Storage Design of Kitchen Based on Regional Diet Culture: A Case Study of Hebei

整体厨房中占用最多的空间就是收纳空间,而收纳设计集中体现在整体橱柜中,目前的整体橱柜千篇一律不能很好的满足不同饮食需求的使用者。本文从地域饮食的差异入手,通过对河北地区的调研,分析整体厨房收纳设计的现状与不足,并针对河北地区的具体收纳问题,设计出符合当地饮食文化的整体厨房的收纳设计。

In an integrated kitchen, the storage occupies the most space. The storage design is mainly presented via integral ambry. Currently, integral ambries follow the same pattern and fail to satisfy the needs of users with different diet style. This paper starts from the differencesof regional diet and analyzes the status quo and shortcomings of the storage design of integrated kitchen via the survey of Hebei area. In addition, targeting at the specific problems of storage discovered in Hebei area, this paper will come up with the storage design of integrated kitchen that fits local cuisine culture.
