摘要
文章分析了区域文创赋能的概念及内涵,强调其对于新产业、新城乡、新场景的积极影响,就新时代背景下设计的主体责任展开了设计文化的价值探究,认为设计在区域文创赋能体系中是基础和源动力、手段和保障。设计在文创、品牌传播方面的积极作用,保障了区域文创赋能体系的有效发挥,平等设计的理念更是建立了基于全民创造的区域文化自信,区域文创赋能和创新设计的价值体现践行了文化自信的核心理念,对于区域振兴起着建设性的作用。
This paper analyzes the concept and connotation of regional and cultural creativity empowerment, emphasizes its positive impacton new industries, new urban and rural areas and newscenes, and explores the value of design culture on the main responsibility of designin the context of new era. In the system of creating and empowering, it is the foundation and source of power, means and guarantee.The positive roles of design in cultural creativity and brand communication guarantee the effective play of regionaland cultural creativity empowerment system. The concept of equal design is to establish the regional cultural self-confidence based on the creation of the whole people, the value of regional cultural creation and innovative design. It reflects the core concept of practicing cultural self-confidence and plays a constructive role in regional revitalization.
