摘要
本文以用户体验为中心为数字游牧民提出针对性的服务设计,解决目标用户触点问题,完善数字游牧民服务设计体系。运用文献分析法、材料分析法、模拟服务场景的服务蓝图分析法,梳理出数字游牧民在服务设计流程中各阶段的触点,划分现存问题和优化目标。对比目前相关服务设计发展情况,总结现存问题和盲点,结合实际案例提供解决方法和探讨解决思路。为数字游牧民提供服务设计和设计方案,包括徽章设计、APP设计,以提升用户在服务流程中的体验,优化服务设计体系。
The paper Focuses on user experience as the center for digital nomads to propose targeted service design to solve the problem of target user contact and improve the digital nomad's service design system. It uses the literature analysis, material analysis, and service blueprint analysis to simulate the service scene. It sorts out the contacts of digital nomads in various stages of the service design process, divides existing problems and optimizes the objectives, compares the current development of related service design, summarizes existing problems and blind spots, and discusses solutions by combining practical cases. Digital nomad service design meets market demand, provides non-face-to-face instant information, proposes service design strategies and design solutions, simplifies the process of digital nomads to obtain information, and can effectively solve user contact problems, thereby integrating and optimizing service design systems.
