摘要
本文探索将功能性近红外光谱技术应用于用户体验度量的可能性和可行性。首先阐明了功能性近红外光谱技术的基本原理,并指出低造价、多场景、超扫描等优势;然后从用户偏好与用户认知两个方面介绍了功能性近红外光谱技术应用研究进展,对实验特点、关键发现和适用路径进行了探讨。比较而言:用户偏好研究聚焦"物",用户认知研究则针对"人"。研究表明:从展示型到交互型的实验设计,从生理量表的建立到神经原理的验证,仍需进一步对用户进行神经学科层面的研究,完善相关研究工具与方法,拓展与深化应用于用户体验度量的新路径。
This paper explores the possibility and feasibility of applying functional near infrared spectroscopy to measuring the user experience.Firstly,the basic principle of functional near-infrared spectroscopy technology is clarifi ed,and the advantages of low cost,multiscene and super-scanning are pointed out.Then,the application progress of functional near-infrared spectroscopy technology is introduced from two aspects of user preference and user recognition,and the experimental characteristics,key discovery and application path are discussed.Comparatively speaking,the research of user preference focuses on'things',while the research of user cognition focuses on'people'.The research shows that from demonstration to interactive experimental design,from the establishment of physiological scales to the verifi cation of neurological principles,it is still necessary to further study users at the neurological level,improve relevant research tools and methods,and expand and deepen the new path applied to measuring the user experience.
