摘要
基于服务设计思维下的用户画像、利益相关者分析、服务蓝图等方法,运用数据可视化工具进行分析,找出设计教学工具的痛点与需求。通过与传统社交软件的对比,分析团队协作工具对于提升教学效率的重要性;通过Worktile工具的表现,验证了团队协作工具能有效提升设计教学的效率,为环境艺术专业教育效率的研究提供了一种新的路径,该方法值得设计教育工作者进一步探索和实践。
The paper applies user portrait,stakeholder analysis,service blueprint and other methods based on service design to explore the weaknesses and needs of designing teaching tools.Data visualization tools are used for analysis.It explores the possibility of team collaboration tool for improving the teaching efficiency of environmental art design major,and through studying its significance,it provides some reference to improve the teaching efficiency of environmental art design.The Worktile tool has been used to obtain the effect of the team collaboration tool.Results show that it has positive significance for improving the overall teaching efficiency,especially the operational efficiency.Thus,the paper has verified the establishment of the team collaboration tool Worktile to improve the teaching efficiency of environmental art major,and realized the importance of using this tool for teaching efficiency.It is found that team collaboration and efficiency improvement tools can effectively improve design teaching efficiency.
