摘要
设计师向产品经理转型是如今设计行业升级发展的重要趋势之一。针对设计行业及互联网行业现状,通过对比分析设计师和互联网产品经理的职业环境及背景、职能与特性,归纳二者的异同之处,明晰设计师转型互联网产品经理的要点。结合爱彼迎(Airbnb)联合创始人的案例,提出设计师转型'七步构建法':兴趣导向法、理性思维法、产品体验法、交叉学科法、积极催生法、实战实操法、综合素质提升法,为设计师向互联网产品经理转型及推动'设计+互联网'融合发展,提供可行的路径与方法。
The transition from designer to product manager is one of the important trends in the upgrading and development of the design industry nowadays.In view of the current situation of the design industry and the Internet industry,this paper compares and analyses the professional environment,background,functions and characteristics of designers and Internet product managers,summarizes their similarities and differences,and clarifies the key points for designers to transform into Internet product managers.Combining with the case of Airbnb co-founder,this paper puts forward seven-step construction method for designer transformation:interest-oriented method,rational thinking method,product experience method,cross-disciplinary method,active stimulation method,practical practice method and comprehensive quality improvement method,which can help designer transform to Internet product manager and promote'design+interconnection'.The integration and development of network provides feasible paths and methods.
