长租公寓室内配置设计研究与实践

Study and Practice on the Design of Interior Configuration of Long-term Rental Apartments

随着我国的租赁人口增多,租赁市场规模不断扩大,现有的普通租房品质难以满足消费者日益增长的要求,配套完善的长租公寓应运而生并得到发展。长租公寓虽然为租户逐步实现拎包入住的便携性,但依旧普遍存在室内配置不科学、家具布局不合理等问题,难以迎合租户的居住习惯,极大地限制了长租公寓的发展和推广。通过查阅大量文献与问卷调查对长租公寓租户和提供方的需求及喜好进行调研,结合人们生活习惯和办公需求,以25m^2的平层式长租公寓户型作为实践对象设计了三套平面布局设计方案,并以其中一套为基础,进行室内硬装和软装的配置设计,为长租公寓的室内设计提供理论和案例指导。

With the increase of rental population in China,the scale of the rental market continues to expand.The quality of the existing rental houses is cannot meet the growing demands of consumers.The well-equipped long-term rental apartments have emerged and developed.However,they have problems such as imperfect indoor layout and unreasonable furniture layout,which greatly limit the development and promotion of long-term rental apartments.By consulting a large number of literatures and questionnaires to investigate the needs and preferences of long-term apartment tenants and providers,combined with people’s living habits and office needs,six sets of flat layout design have been designed with 25m^2 flat-floor long-rent apartment units as practical objects.Based on one of the programs,the design of indoor hard and soft installations provides theoretical and case guidance for the interior design of long-term rental apartments.
