Structural Design of Braced Frame for Large Silo

绍兴滨海工业开发区的某料仓支架结构属大型特种构筑物,其上支承四个单体重量各达3 400t的大型料仓,工艺要求结构底部需有大空间,因此结构采用带空间斜支撑的大跨度预应力钢筋混凝土框架结构。结构整体分析计算时,采取了一些简化处理措施,并且采用多种计算程序进行分析比较。结构设计过程中,还加强了结构的构造措施,以确保结构的安全。

The silo structure is located in Binhai industry development area in Shaoxing city,which supports four large silos,each weighs 34 000kN.So it should be attributed to the special type of mega structure.The large space is requested by the process at the ground floor,so the large span prestressed concrete frame structure with the space diagonal bracing is adopted.During the unitary analysis of the structure,some simplified processing measure is adopted, and some kind of calculation program is used to analyze the structure.In the process of the structure design,the constructional measure is strengthened to ensure the structure.
