摘要
呼和浩特市体育场下部结构采用多层混凝土框架上部结构采用大跨度钢结构罩棚。设计中根据工程具体情况,对悬臂桁架端部竖向位移控制指标做了适当调整。对罩棚钢桁架的结构选型,拉索拉点的位置及预拉力进行探讨,确定合理的结构布置形式。采用Midas6.3.5结构分析设计软件通过荷载预组合,考虑拉索单元非线性等方法进行整体结构分析。根据分析结果,罩棚主要受力构件控制荷载工况为负风压作用工况及降温与重力荷载组合工况;大悬臂桁架端部竖向位移的控制工况为重力荷载作用工况和负风压作用工况。针对钢结构与混凝土结构的连接界面处理,采取了钢管混凝土柱下插一层的做法;为避免钢筋穿柱对柱截面的削弱采用连接板插柱的做法。
Huhehaote Palaestra consists of multi-story concrete frames and along span steel roof.The allowable vertical displacement at the end of the steel truss was adjusted according to the project facts.The determination of the steel truss shapes,the setting of the cable ends and the prestressing forces were discussed and the proper structural arrangement was determined.The whole structural analysis and design were mainly done using Midas6.3.5 by the approaches of precombination of load cases,taking account of the nonlinearity of cable elements etc.According to the results,the determining loads to the main member in the roof were wind load and lower temperature together with gravity load; while to vertical displacement at the end of the steel truss were gravity load and wind load.To the connection of steel roof and concrete frames,the CFT columns were inserted to the lower floor; in order to avoiding weakness to the columns, the connecting plates penetrated them.
