摘要
北京首都机场A380机库跨度176.3m+176.3m,进深110m,建筑高度40m。该机库跨度巨大,限高严格,屋盖悬挂荷载大,处于高烈度区,给结构设计带来很大困难。首先根据工程要求及其特点,对4个不同的主体结构方案,进行初步比较,确定"钢网架+大门桁架"为工程机库的屋盖方案,进而对屋盖体系和支承体系进行进一步的优化分析。
The optimal structural scheme of A380 hangar at Beijing Capital International Airport is presented.There are many challenges in its design,including the large roof span lengths of (176.3m + 176.3m) and 110m,respectively, in two directions,heavy suspended movable equipments and loads,the maximum height limitation,40m,of the building,the location which belongs to the severe earthquake zone,etc.Based upon the design requirements,4 different schemes for the design of the main structure were first proposed.By comparison with each other,the scheme,composed of the space truss and the front truss,was selected and used for the roof structure,and then,the optimal analyses of the roof structure and the supporting system were further performed.
