摘要
在梁柱端板螺栓连接部位柱翼缘要加强,建议用增大螺栓垫板、垫板与柱翼缘焊接的方法,给出垫板厚度的计算公式。有限元计算表明设计的螺栓垫板可以很好地消除螺栓周围柱翼缘的冲切变形,可以达到CECS102中的加厚节点区柱翼缘的效果。针对节点域抗剪刚度较低的问题,设计了柱腹板Morris加劲肋,有限元计算表明,Morris加劲肋不仅能够同斜向对角加劲肋一样,大幅度减小节点域剪切变形,提高节点转动刚度,还能够有效延缓节点域腹板的屈服,并且不影响螺栓的排列。
Column flange needs to be stiffened in beam-to-column bolt end-plate connections.A new detailing of enlarged bolt backing plate welded with column flange is suggested,and a formula for determining the backing plate thickness is proposed.Calculations show that backing plate with proposed thickness can diminish the local deformation of column flange around tensile bolts effectively,and it has the same strength and stiffness with thickened column flange as required by CECS102.A new type of diagonal stiffener,which has an eccentricity with the corner of the panel zone ( Morris stiffener) and thus has merit of avoiding conflict with bolts,is designed and analyzed.The analysis shows that the Morris stiffener can equally reduce shear deformation of panel zone as the traditional diagonal stiffener,increase connection stiffness,and postpone web yielding.
