摘要 介绍了2008北京奥运会老山自行车馆柱脚铸钢节点试验,对柱脚铸钢节点及其人字短管实施了足尺静力加载试验并进行了有限元数值分析。试验过程中借助一根箱型截面钢分配梁,巧妙地实现了设计要求的四种荷载工况,试验重点考察了铸钢节点在此四种荷载工况下的受力性能和变形,通过现场跟踪测试,得到铸钢节点表面应力的测试值;运用ABAQUS有限元软件对铸钢节点进行弹性分析,并模拟了铸钢节点各铸件间的接触关系,得到各测点的应力值。通过实测节点表面应力与有限元计算相应测点应力的相互印证,发现试验结果与有限元数值分析对比良好,进而推断出节点内部的应力分布,作为对试验数据的补充,从而对铸钢节点的受力性能给出了更全面的评估。 Experimental study on the large hinged cast steel joint which is used in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Lao Shan bicycle gymnasium has been carried out.The capacity of the joint is evaluated by both the static full- scale experiment and the FEM analysis.Through a well- designed spreader beam,the joint was subjected to four load cases regained to check its bearing capacity and rotation performance.An elastic FEM simulation using ABAQUS was then carried out.The stress comparison between the experiment and the FEM calculation has a good agreement.Based on the validated FEM model,an evaluation of the structural behavior of the cast steel joint was finally presented.
