摘要
高强修补料是一种水泥基复合材料,由于其具有早强、高强、高流态和耐久性好等多种优点,而越来越多的用于结构修补工程。主要介绍了高强修补料加固钢筋混凝土板的三种方法:板面叠浇法、板面叠浇与板底粘贴碳纤维综合加固法、板面叠浇与板底体外预应力综合加固法。同时,给出了相应的设计计算公式,为实际工程提供参考。
High strength repair material is a kind of cement based composite material.It has excellent properties such as high early strength,high strength,upper flow regime,good durability and so on.Therefore,its applications in retrofit projects of structures become more and more popular.Three kinds of strengthening method of RC slabs used high strength repair material are presented:1) casting repair material on the upper surface of slab,2) bonding carbon fiber sheets on the bottom surface of slab meanwhile casting repair material on the top surface of slab,3) applying external prestressing on the bottom of slab meanwhile casting repair material on the top surface of slab.Furthermore,some design formulas are given, which may be served as reference for practices.
