摘要
根据冲击设备特点,从探讨各类冲击设备所产生的瞬时扰力性质入手,按质-弹-阻体系建立动力基础系统的力学模型,并介绍了几种可用于冲击荷载作用下结构体系的动力特性和有阻尼系统脉冲响应的分析方法,结合实际工程,比较了几种动力响应的分析方法,结果表明这些方法可行、实用。
To reduce the bad vibration influence,which is caused by shock producing machines,such as press and forging hammer,some methods are needed to analyse the exciting force and dynamic character of the system.Some mass-spring-damp models for shock producing machines and its foundation are introduced.Then several functions to describe impulsion force and the analysis method of dynamic character based on vibration method are discussed.Some examples for engineering application are shown.
