摘要
介绍了在软土地区使用的扩大头带肋填砂预应力管桩的研究与工程实例,该桩型桩端扩大、桩身带肋、桩侧填砂能改良桩侧土层性质,大幅提高桩侧与桩端面积,还克服了管桩在软土地区施工出现的桩身上浮、偏位现象。桩侧填砂形成诸多排水通道,使打桩引起的孔隙水压力增高及时得到释放,加快桩周软土固化。该工艺制作简单,施工方便,经济性价比好,适合于我国沿海、沿江软土区使用。
The research and Engineering applicant examples of sand-filled prestressed piping column with rib and enlarged bottom which is used in soft soil area are introduced.This type of piping column can improve the nature of the soil around the piping column,enlarge the area of the piping column's side and bottom greatly.In addition,it can eliminate the phenomenon of piping column's floating up and deviating.With filling sand around the piping column, many drainage passages are formed,which can release the increasing water pressure of crevices caused by striking piping column in time.It also can make the soft soil around the piping column harder.The technology is simple to manufacture, the construction is convenient to carry out,and the performance-price ratio is good.It' s suitable to be used in soft soil area along coast and river bank in our country application.
