海口申鑫国际广场主楼结构改造与抗震加固设计

摘要 就海口申鑫国际广场项目主楼主体结构续建设计中所涉及的应如何遵循规范条文、结构局部转换与整体结构关系的处理、既有结构构件抗震承载力评估及其可行加固方案选择、结构加固设计与构造措施的有效性等若干问题进行了讨论,针对既有结构楼盖肋、梁构件和外框简短墙肢构件受力特性和作用的不同提出了相应的加固设计方法。实践表明,整体结构续建设计合理、经济、可靠,可为类似工程项目提供参考。 Discussions on such problems involved in reconstruction design of the main building structure of Shenxin Intel'Plaza project in Haikou, as how to adopt adequate code's specifications for reconstruction design of a unfinished building project, the relations of partial transfer substructure to the whole structure, the appraiser of seismic force-bearing capacity for the existing structural members and the selection of methods for the possible strengthening designs of them, the effectiveness of the structural strengthening design and of its detailed measures are presented. The strengthening design for the existing floor beam and rib members as well as for the existing column-wall members of the external framed tubes is put forward. The whole reconstruction design of this structure is confirmed to be reasonable, economical and reliable.
