摘要
介绍了某法院办公楼和法庭改造加固的设计要点。为了使早期设计的建筑能满足现行高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程和建筑抗震设计规范的要求,采取的主要改造加固措施包括:增设壁柱来降低结构的高宽比,在原结构中增设剪力墙以减小剪力墙最大间距,以及扩大柱截面和增设剪力墙来降低轴压比。另外,人工挖孔桩基础方案和钢挑檐方案也可供类似设计时参考。
The key issues of rehabilitation and strengthening design of a great courtroom and office building are introduced. To satisfy the requirement of current technical specification for concrete structures of tall building and code for seismic design of building, several treatments are applied to the structure designed and built before, including adding pilasters to decrease the height-width ratio, adding shear walls to decrease the maximum spacing between shear walls and enlarging the section of columns to decrease axial compression ratio. The design of manual hole digging pile and steel cantilevered-structure of roof is also instructive for the relevant project.
