Two Underpin Means of Bearing Wall in Modification Works of Masonry Structure

介绍砌体改造工程中承重墙体的一种托换方法——双支承式闭合托架法,在拟托换墙体的两侧各设一闭合托架,两闭合托架之间设有托梁,托梁支托以上竖向荷载及将以上竖向荷载传至原条形基础,故形成了双支承式闭合托架;托梁若采用钢托梁,托架梁及托架柱均采用临时支撑,将钢托梁浇在通常的托架梁内,这样就是另一种托换方法——托梁整浇法。

Introducing one underpin means of bearing wall in modification works of masonry structure—close bracket farad with double bases, be on the both sides of requisite underpin walling each set up one close bracket, then set up joist between two close bracket, joist sustains upper vertical load and sends upper vertical load to former strip foundation,in this way forming close bracket with double bases. If we adopt steel joist, and bracket girder or bracket post both adopt temporary shoring, then cast steel joist in usual bracket girder, in this way forming the other kind of underpin means—joist block-casted farad.
