通过新的门式框架结构(由上部框架托换梁、中间竖向承重框架柱和下部地梁式桩基三者组合形成)来托换被拆除的砖柱,从而实现底层大开间的需要。

In the rebuilding of brick frame structures,the new portal frame structure,which is made of the underpinning beam of the upper framework,the intermediate vertical load-bearing columns and the beam piles,is used to exchange the dismantled brick columns,in order to get the large architectural space.
