摘要
在对高炉框架结构可靠性检测鉴定和受力性能分析的基础上,提出了一种炼铁高炉框架加固、改造方法,成功地在炉顶框架顶部53.99m处增设了一台悬臂为9.8m、40t的悬臂吊车,满足了750m^2旧炉体拆除和新炉体安装的需要,避免了炉体拆除、安装时使用800T大型吊车的要求,从而大大节约了建设成本和减少了建设周期。
Based on reliability inspection judgment and capability analysis of puddle furnace frame,a new method for puddle furnace exchange was proposed.By the means of modifying the puddle furnace frame,a cantilever crane was added on the top of the puddle furnace frame.It can be used for the 750m^3 old puddle furnace disassembly and the new puddle furnace installation.The method can avoid employing 800T crane.The investment and construction time have been decreased.
