摘要
锚贴钢板是采用专用的异形铆钉将钢板锚贴在钢筋混凝土构件上的一种加固方法,通过3根采用锚贴U形钢板箍加固的钢筋混凝土梁、1根采用粘贴U形钢板箍加固的梁和2根未加固对照梁的受剪性能试验,分析了锚贴钢板加固梁斜截面的受力特点以及加固效果,并与粘贴钢板加固梁和对照梁进行了对比,提出锚贴钢板加固钢筋混凝土梁受剪承载力计算方法的建议。试验研究结果表明,与粘贴钢板加固相比,锚贴钢板加固具有施工工艺简单、加固效果好、加固质量容易保证等优点,是一种新的有广泛工程应用前景的加固技术。
A new strengthening technique,RC beam is strengthened with steel plate anchored by rivets,is introduced. Three RC beams strengthened with 'U' shape steel plate anchored by rivets,one RC beam strengthened with 'U' shape steel plate but bonded by structural adhesive and two un-strengthened RC beams are tested and analyzed.The shear properties and the strengthened effect of the beams anchored by rivets are discussed and compared with the beam bonded by structural adhesive and also compared with the un-strengthened beam.The formula calculating the shear bearing capacity of the RC beams strengthened with 'U' shape steel plate anchored by rivets is suggested.It is indicated that the strengthening technique that a RC beam is strengthened with 'U'shape steel plate anchored by rivets is more convenient than that of the strengthened beam bonded by chemical adhesive,and the strengthened effect of such strengthened beams is also better than that of the beam bonded by chemical adhesive.
