摘要
高强修补料是一种水泥基复合材料的结构补强材料,在房屋改造工程中,高强修补料也逐步用于浇筑新增梁、板、柱,但是关于高强修补料构件的受力变形性能等还缺乏系统的研究。通过六根高强修补料简支梁的试验,研究了梁的抗弯、抗剪性能,获得了试验梁的受力变形曲线、裂缝开展规律,受力钢筋和修补料的应变发展规律及极限破坏状态。同时,对高强修补料梁进行了相关的理论分析,并与普通钢筋修补料梁进行了对比分析,提出了高强修补料梁的设计方法。
High-strong structural repair material is a kind of cement-based composite material.In engineering reinforce reformation,high-strong structural repair material is used to build new beam,plank and pillar gradually.While there are almost no systemic research about basic mechanics transform of this material.Through 6 single beams experiment, this article studies the functions of anti-flexion and anti-shear,and acquires their basic mechanics transform curve, crack develop regulation,contingency development regulation and extreme limit broken appearance of the bar and high-strong structural repair material. At the same time,this article carry on related theories analysis to high-strong structural repair material,and contrasts with common concrete beam.The design method of high-strong material repair beam is put forward.
