摘要
针对目前应用普遍的外包钢加固法,采用ANSYS对外包钢加固轴心受压柱进行了相关力学研究,对加载过程中混凝土裂缝的发展及混凝土、钢筋和外包钢的应力分布情况进行了分析,与相关试验结果具有较好的吻合性。研究发现,外包钢骨架对混凝土柱产生了明显的约束作用,在加载过程中两者协同工作直到构件破坏,在提高构件的延性和承载力方面,钢骨架发挥了较好的作用。
Based on ANSYS,the axial compression steel encased column is researched about the mechanical behavior. The crack distribution of concrete are analyzed in the procedure of load test And the stress distribution of concrete, steel bar and steel-encased is analyzed also.The achievement of numerical simulation is accord with the physical simulation.The concrete column is kept active restraint under the steel-encased frame.The concrete column and the steel-encased are in the status of synergistic work until the whole body is damaged.The steel-encased frame plays an important role in reinforcing ductility and bearing capacity of the structural member.
