摘要
通过移动线路的比较,六层砖混结构综合楼必须采用斜向整体平移,并在平移过程中通过控制两端不同的行走距离使建筑物整体顺时针旋转4°;由于复杂的地质结构,采用不等高行走基础顶面和灌注桩-承台-基础梁的行走基础形式,有效防止了由于移动过程中地基不均匀沉降对建筑物的不利影响;对上部结构的承重砖墙和钢筋混凝土柱采用了不同的托换方式,并且形成了有较大刚度的水平托换体系。以上各项措施保证了移楼工程的顺利实施。
By comparing the translation courses,the monolithic translation of the six-storey masonry general building should be slant,and the building was revolved 4 degrees clockwise through controlling the different traveled distances of the two ends during the translation process.Because of the complexity geological structure,the translation foundation with different heights tops and the form of bored pile-pile cap-foundation beam was designed,which have significantly prevented the building from the negative effect caused by the Asymmetric Sedimentation of the foundation while in the process of the translation.Different underpin modes was designed to the bearing wall and the reinforced concrete column of the superstructure,thus the horizontal underpin system with higher rigidity was formed.The above measures had assured that the building translation construction could be carried on well.
