摘要
我国第一座永冻土地基上六层混合结构住宅楼由于地基不均匀沉降引起严重倾斜、破损。采用裂缝灌浆、圈梁粘钢加固、挂网加固下部墙体、改造扩大基础等措施增加提高上部结构的整体刚度和强度,在此基础上,根据地基冰岛分布情况,采用融沉法纠偏取得一定效果,为了加快建筑物沉降纠偏速度,后采用截桩法纠偏获得十分满意的结果。
A masonry house built on island-shape permanent frozen soil is lean and damaged seriously for the uneven settlements of foundation.The methods of grouting crack,bonding steel for beams,hitching steel net for walls and extending the base are used to increase the strength and stiffness of the structure.The method of thawing has some effect for the inclination rectification,and the method of cutting pile can expedite the inclination rectification of the building.
