高强不锈钢绞线网渗透性聚合砂浆在某铁路桥梁加固中的应用

摘要 我国铁路系统混凝土桥梁的病害日趋严重,需要对其维修和加固。鉴于铁路桥梁运行中的特殊性,采用适合其荷载特点的加固方式是十分必要的。结合工程实际,介绍了高强钢绞线网-高强渗透性聚合砂浆加固方法在某铁路混凝土桥梁修复和补强中的应用。实践证明,高强钢绞线网用于铁路混凝土桥梁抗弯、抗剪加固和耐久性修复效果良好,施工简便,技术经济效益好,具有广阔的应用前景。 Deterioration of many existing railway reinforced concrete bridges have to be repaired and reinforced.It is required to find a suitable method for the dynamic specialties of railway concrete bridge.Based on a project,a method using high-strength stainless steel wire mesh with permeability polymer mortar on strengthing a railway concrete bridge is introduced.This reinforcing method can raise the structures' bearing capacity,shearing capacity and durability,and the construction is easy and convenient.It is a burgeoning and high-technique structure reinforcing method with high spreading value,huge social and economic benefit.
