摘要
以上海市宜山路蒲汇塘桥改建工程为例作该类工程的设计、施工和检测介绍。为解决地铁隧道盾构施工路线与既有桥梁桩基的冲突问题,该工程拆除障碍桩基,保留部分老桥,并在其两侧分别加建新桥至新规划道路宽度,形成一座新老拼桥。其新桥设计和施工部分属普通常规技术,但是,该改建工程要在复杂的周边建筑物、管线施工环境下处理好老桥上部结构的移除和下部桩基的拔除、老桥的补强和加固、老桥和新桥在上部和下部的连接、桥梁新老桩基与推进穿越的地铁盾构的相互影响作用和相对位置关系、新老桥道路设计中心线的5.078°的斜交角所引起的问题等,具有一定的技术特点、施工难度和工程代表性。对类似工程有一定的借鉴作用。
The reconstruction engineering of Shanghai Puhuitang Bridge is introduced.Some of the piles of this bridge become barriers in the course of shied construction of No.9 underground railway in Shanghai.The involved piles and the corresponding top part of the existing bridge are removed,and,a new combined bridge is formed by constructing two new bridges besides the remaining bridge up to the red line of the road layout.Under complicated construction conditions,it has many representative technical features for having settled a lot of problems such as relationship between the existing bridge and the new ones,the relationship between the piles of bridge and shield construction of the tunnel,the technique of removing of the top part of the existing bridge and existing piles,and the problems of having bevel of 5.078°between the existing designing center of road and the new ones,etc.It can be helpful for the similar bridge reconstruction engineering.
