摘要 青岛瀚海华庭工程是在已停建多年的地下混凝土结构上改造、再建的高层商住建筑,面积8万m^2,施工中采用了混凝土加大截面、外包钢、碳纤维等多种加固方法。本文介绍了该工程加固的设计和构造,分析了加固改造施工的难点,提出了加大截面法加固改造在钢筋、模板、混凝土施工中应采取的技术措施。 Hanhai Huating project in Qingdao is a rebuilding tall building for commercial residence with area of 80 000m^2,which is ceased project for many years.We used different methods in the duration of the construction,such as method to increase area of concrete section,method of external packing-steel to strengthen and method of carbon fiber reinforced.The paper introduces design and structure of strengthening,analyses the question of rebuilding construction,summarizes strengthening technology of the method to increase area of concrete section in the rebar, formwork and concrete construction.
