摘要
深圳市某码头靠系船墩混凝土产生裂缝,在对其成因分析的过程中,采用排除法,先后排除了塑性收缩、干缩、水化热、温度收缩、荷载作用等因素造成该墩体混凝土裂缝的可能性;通过对混凝土中碱含量、碱-活性骨料、混凝土所处的环境条件及反应后的实际特征进行分析,确定了碱-骨料反应的发生,得出该裂缝首先是由碱-骨料反应引起,而后由于混凝土开裂后钢筋迅速锈蚀等原因导致裂缝加速发展。
Concrete cracks appear against the binding boat pier of a dock in Shenzhen.Using the exclusive method,we exclusive the feasibility of plastic shrinkage,dry shrinkage,heat of hydration,thermal shrinkage and load that will cause the crack.Through analyze the alkali content and alkali active aggregates in concrete,environment condition of the concrete and actual characters after response,it is sure that the response between alkali and aggregates appeare and cause those cracks,then the cracks develop quickly because the reinforce bar corrodes quickly.
