摘要
结构的破坏大多是从裂缝的扩展开始的。结合白云堡别墅的工程实例,对房屋出现的裂缝进行了检测,经分析后指出其裂缝成因为建筑物的温差、混凝土干缩和施工质量差等。为保证结构在目标使用年限内安全、可靠、适用,提出了采用环氧树脂作为灌浆材料的加固处理方案,阐述了其施工工艺,列出了注意事项,得到了良好的预期效果。实践证明,环氧树脂浆液具有良好的可操作性、较高的稳定性和强度。
The destruction of structures mostly starts from crack expansions.Combined with practical engineering of White Cloud Villa,this article detects the crack appeared in the house and points out that the cracks are caused by temperature difference,drying shrinkage of concrete and inferior construction quality.In order to keep the construction in secure,durable,reliable and suitable use,the strengthening treatment scheme using epoxy resin is put forward,its construction technique is illustrated,and its attentions are listed,which to achieve well expectation effect.Through practical engineering,the good handle ability,stability and strength of the epoxy paste are proved.
