摘要
随着预应力技术的发展和锚具的不断改进,后张法应用的张拉力也在不断增大。巨大的预压力将通过锚具及其下部面积不大的垫板传递给混凝土,引起垫板下混凝土承受的局部应力非常大。为保证后张法技术的正确应用,有必要对锚垫板的结构形式进行研究,通过优化锚垫板结构形式,保证其下混凝土的局部承压强度满足局部承载能力要求。结合工程实际,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对不同形式的锚垫板进行分析和比较,论证最优结构形式。
As the development of the prestress and anchorage technology,the tension force is increasing.The large precompressed force will be transferred to concrete by anchorage and anchor plate with not large area under the anchorage so as to cause that the concrete under the anchor plate will bear very large partial stress,therefore,it is necessary to optimize the form of the anchor Plate in order to meet the requirement of the partial bearing capacity.Based on the finite element ANSYS program,the best form through analyzing and comparing the law of the concrete stress under different anchor plate forms is chosen.
