高烈度区某超限复杂高层建筑结构设计与研究 被引量:3

Structural design and study on a super high-rise complex building in high intensity areas

摘要 目前在我国在抗震设防烈度8度及以上地区已建的高度超过200m的超高层复杂结构并不多见。宁夏万豪大厦位于银川市,银川市地处8度抗震设防区,地震分组为第二组。万豪大厦主体结构是由五星级酒店和四星级酒店垂直叠加而成的一栋50层的复杂超高层建筑,主体高度216m,目前为宁夏自治区标志性建筑。本工程结构存在超高、大底盘、平面和竖向不规则、高位斜柱转换等多项抗震不利因素,属于超限复杂高层建筑结构。结构设计采用多种计算模型和计算程序对其进行反复分析和研究,并采取有针对性的抗震性能化设计及抗震措施。 At present,there are a few super high-rise complex buildings higher than 200m in the seismic fortification intensity 8 degrees and above areas in our country.Marriott building is located in Yinchuan,and Yinchuan is located in 8degree seismic fortification areas for the second earthquake group.The main structure is a 50-story super high-rise complex building vertically congruences by five-star hotel and four-star hotel,the hight of main body is 216m.At present,Marriott building is the landmark buildings in Ningxia autonomous region.The seismic unfavorable factors of this structure is super high-rise building,big chassis,horizontal and vertical irregular,high conversion inclined columns switching,so this structure is a overrun complex high-rise building structure.Many kinds of calculation models and programs were carried out for the structural design,and targeted measures for seismic performance-based design were adopted.
