摘要
对实际工程中遇到的隔层强连接结构、底部剪力墙非对称一半越层及上层隔墙明显多于下层的情况,从抗震概念设计及计算模型的选定方面提出明确的设计建议和方法,并对抗震不利的关键构件进行了性能设计。
A structure has stagger strong connection storey,asymmetric base shear wall arrangement with split floor and more partition walls on upper floor.The design recommendation and methods were provided based on seismic concept and computer model.The performance design was adopted for key seismic resistant components design.
