Yiwu Sanding Square is composited by 2 independent towers.The Marriott Hotel is a frame-corewall structure,the New-century Hotel is a frame-shearwall structure.Podium roofs are equipped with swimming pools which are supported by large span prestressed beams.Deep foundation pit is 4 floors deep.Basis on the local experience,uplift anchors are used to resist the buoyant force.
