Combining with current design codes and regulations in China,structure design of Shanghai Changxing Hand Power Supply Control Centre was introduced.The design and analysis progress of the irregular tall concrete frame structure out-of-codes structure was introduced,especially for a well consideration of the seismic effect on the structure,the improvement of using different type of slabs in the design and etc,which can provide reference for smilar structure design.
