摘要
针对抗震规范GB 50011—2010和高规JGJ3—2010对规定水平力的提出,以及规定水平力用于计算扭转位移比的方法和相关影响进行讨论,对规定水平力的应用方法提出了质疑,并结合项目做了说明。
Based on the new anti-seismic code and high-rise building code,specified horizontal force and its relevant provisions are provided.The method of calculation process of torsional story-drift ratio and the related effects were discussed.Application of specified horizontal force was challenged,and explanation combined with a project was given.
