摘要
北京世纪天桥商厦因建筑功能变化,需进行抗震加固设计。在对鉴定报告及原结构分析基础上,对比研究了原框架结构改为框架-剪力墙结构和框架+阻尼器结构体系。阐述了带阻尼器结构的设计和计算方法,并分析比较两种结构体系的优缺点。最后介绍了部分加固节点连接做法。可为类似项目的结构加固设计提供一定的参考。
Beijing Shijitianqiao building needs seismic reinforcement and reconstitution for the change of its building function.Based on the analysis and checking calculation of the original structure,frame + damper structure and frameshearwall structure were analyzed.The design and calculation method of damper was introduced.Through the results of analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of the two types were compared.Finally the connection method of joints was introduced.This project can provid a reference for the retrofit design of similar structures.
