摘要
南阳机场航站楼屋盖采用复合波纹板式结构,钢屋架设计最大跨度36m。屋盖结构施工过程中,设置了四组格构柱作为临时支撑,支撑体系的设计、施工以及卸载方法是南阳机场航站楼钢结构工程的关键。从卸载工况的计算分析、支撑体系的选型设计和施工、卸载具体步骤确定及其针对性的应急措施等方面介绍了南阳机场钢结构安装支撑体系及卸载施工技术。卸载实施结果证明整套施工技术是合理可行的,为类似工程的施工提供了借鉴。
The steel roof of the terminal building of Nanyang Airport is the composite structure of the corrugated steel plate and the thin-layer concrete while the largest span of the supporting frames of the roof is 36m.During the construction process of the steel roof,four groups of lattice columns acted as the temporary braces are set up.The design,construction of the brace system as well as the unloading construction are the key processes of the steel roof.Both the brace system and the unloading construction technique for the steel roof of the terminal building of Nanyang Airport were summarized,including the analysis of the unloading cases,design of the brace system,unloading process and the safety precautions.The practice of the unloading technique is reasonable and practical and this provides a reference for the analogous construction in the future.
