旧基础在厂房改造中的合理利用

某些厂房年久失修,有的已经破旧不堪,有些需要改变其使用功能,这就需要拆除重建或者加固改造后继续使用。特别是在拆除重建时,如果能利用原有旧基础,使其满足新的上部结构的使用要求,不仅在经济上合算,施工工期也会大大缩短,而且对于老企业旧厂房改造这是一条新的经济合理、安全可靠的方法。

Some old buildings are lack of repairing during the long period,some of them are worn out,and some of them need to improve their functions.Therefore,the buildings are needed to be demolished and rebuilt or to be reinforced and reformed for their continuing using.In the case of demolishing and rebuilding,if the original old foundations of the old buildings can be used to satisfy the requirements of the new upper structure,the construction period can be greatly shorten,and the building cost can be partly saved.In short,this new method is economical,reasonable and safe for those old enterprises whose old factory buildings are needed improved or rebuilt.
