摘要
某双塔连体超高层公寓楼采用外双重框架-核心筒结构体系,在结构第三层设置钢结构连体桁架作为塔楼之间的水平交通枢纽,属超限高层结构。针对结构超限情况,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,利用承载力与变形分析计算结果验证结构与构件在罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能,根据分析结果,提出了相应的超限设计措施,使结构能够实现预定的性能目标。本文可为类似的超限高层结构提供一定技术参考。
The high-rise apartment building twin-towers were used outside the double frame-core tube structure system, the structure of third layers of steel structure truss tower set conjoined as between the horizontal transport hub. According to the structure gauge,using the method of performance based seismic design and bearing capacity and deformation, calculated structure and component seismic performance under rare occurred earthquake. According to the results of the analysis,put forward corresponding design measures to making that structure can achieve predetermined performance target. This paper can provide technical reference for similar high rise structure.
