摘要
结构形式的合理选择和建筑平、立面的规则布置是实现建筑物安全适用、经济合理的重要工作;实现结构良好的屈服机制,提高构件的塑性耗能能力是实现抗震设防目标的关键措施;参考中震弹性分析结果合理布置剪力墙,适当提高主要结构构件的延性,可在建设成本增加较少的情况下较大地改善建筑物的抗震性能,有效保障人民的生命财产安全。
Reasonable choice of the structure,building plane and vertical arrangement of the rules are important work to realize the building safe,economic and reasonable. To realize the structure good yield mechanism, enhance the components of the plastic energy dissipation capability are the key measures of realizing the seismic fortification goal. Referencing intermediate earthquake elasticity analysis results of rational arrangement of shear wall, appropriately improving the main structural ductility,the construction costs less cases can greatly improve the seismic performance of buildings,effectively protect the life property safety of people.
