迎和广场结构设计

Structure design of Yinghe Plaza

摘要 内蒙古呼和浩特市迎和广场是一个商业办公综合体项目,采用框架-核心筒结构。该结构在裙房顶部有较大收进,主楼偏置,裙房首层~5层梁存在较大悬挑,属于竖向体型收进结构。应用SATWE和PMSAP两种软件对结构进行多遇地震弹性反应谱分析,以了解结构在多遇地震作用下的整体性能,并对相应部位进行加强,保证其在地震作用下的安全性。对大跨度悬挑梁采用无粘结预应力混凝土梁,以满足裂缝和挠度的要求。采用有限元软件Plaxis 3D对地基变形进行计算分析,结果表明对于主楼和裙楼连为一体的建筑,通过在主楼区域采用CFG复合地基进行地基处理及适当增大地下室结构刚度的方法,可以较好解决差异沉降和整体挠度的问题。 Yinghe Plaza,which located at Hohhot city in Inner Mongolia,is a commercial office complex project,and its structural system is frame-corewall. The building has the main feature of setback at the top of podium,great cantilever beams from 1 ~ 5 floor,and the main tower biasing the side,so it belongs to structure with setback. In order to know the overall performance and ensure the structure safety under the frequent seismic action,elastic response spectrum analysis was done using two kinds of software SATWE and PMSAP,and the corresponding parts was also strengthened in design. For meeting the requirement of crack and deflection limits,unbounded and prestressed concrete beams were used in the building. The foundation deflection was calculated and analyzed using the finite element software Plaxis 3D. The results show that for the building with podium,CFG composite foundation can be used in the area of the main building and the basement stiffness should be suitably enlarged to solve the problems of differential settlement and overall deflection.
