摘要
通过湖南地区一栋20层高层建筑采用后注浆长螺旋钻孔灌注桩基础的工程实例,并与相邻高层建筑非后注浆长螺旋钻孔灌注桩基础的比较分析,认为在湖南地区相似的工程地质场地内采用后注浆长螺旋钻孔灌注桩基础,单桩承载力提高60%~120%,能大大降低工程造价,是一种比较安全经济的桩基础形式。文中还介绍了后注浆长螺旋钻孔灌注桩设计和施工方法。
Through the research of an engineering instance of 20-story tall building with posterior grouting long spiral bored pile foundation in Hunan,and compared it with an adjacent tall building with long spiral bored pile foundation,we think that the bearing of a single posterior grouting long spiral bored pile will improve 60 percents to 120 percents in similar engineering geology site in Hunan. The posterior grouting bored pile foundation can greatly reduce the engineering cost, basically it is a safe and economical pile foundation form. The thesis then introduced the design and construction methods of posterior grouting long spiral bored pile.
